Howdy!

We may be late, but we have arrived with your weekly newsletter. Hope you didn’t miss us too badly! It is now FALL and our to-do lists are FULL here at the farm. We love the energy. Inspiration for the next season is abundant! With love in our hearts, we reflect on what went well and all that we can do better. What is sustainable and what isn’t. As a first year farm, we are always learning and growing. Keep an eye on your mailbox in the coming weeks, for an end-of-season survey! Our ears and inboxes are open for your feedback, anytime.

Featured Recipe

Check out this delicious Walnut, Eggplant, and Roasted Bell Pepper Dip by @leeksnbeets! This recipe is a mashup of two middle eastern dips - Muhammara and Baba Ganoush. Dips are a great way to savor some of the last summer veggies of the season. We think this one would be even better topped with some of this weeks fresh parsley! As always we’d love for you to share what you are cooking up with us on Instagram!

Looking forward to another CSA this Friday, September 15th. It is lovely to hold and be held by the land, as we work to bring you nourishment. Thank you, and see y’all soon!
